She made three All-Americans and was also an First Baseman. In 2001, when her Wildcats team was awarded the title of National Champion In 2002, she was awarded the National Championship title. she won an award called the Honda Award for the best softball player in the United States. Wounded Warriors Amputee softball team (WWAST) Its mission is to bring awareness to the military by playing the sport of exhibition softball as well as celebrity games and to highlight the strength of our soldiers. It is our goal to demonstrate amputees as well with the general population that athletes can perform their preferred sport with a lot of rehab and training.
